Summary
Laws on housing and urban planning in Catalonia are revised, repealing Article 6 of Decree-Law 3/2025 and updating key provisions in laws such as 12/2017 and 18/2007, along with the 305/2006 Regulation. New articles 45 bis, 66 bis and 66 ter are added, together with transitional provisions.
