Companies in ICEX talent programmes must update applications within 30 days

Regulation ECM/97/2026 supersedes previous rules (ICT/771/2022 and ICT/100/2020) and introduces new guidelines for talent internationalisation grants. Participants must adjust their grant applications within 30 days of publication, as stated in article 2.

In 3 key points

  1. The orders ICT/771/2022 and ICT/100/2020 are revoked (art. 1)
  2. Based on article 61.2 of Royal Decree-Law 36/2020 (art. 1)
  3. Based on article 17.1 of Law 38/2003 (art. 1)

How it affects those involved

Companies in internationalisation talent programmes must align applications with new regulatory frameworks. The change enhances transparency in grant allocation, though no clear deadline for submissions is set. Authorities must update their evaluation processes.
