Instance Tribunals in Gipuzkoa: 3 months to adapt judicial office structure

The Order of 28 November 2025 establishes the structure of the judicial office for the Instance Tribunal in Donostia/San Sebastián and the Provincial Court of Gipuzkoa, in accordance with the Transitional Provision 5 of Law Organic 1/2025. This change implies a structural reorganization of the judicial administration, affecting service management and access in the region. The provision is based on Article 436.2 of Law Organic 6/1985 and the Transitional Provision 5 of Law Organic 1/2025.
