The agreement applies nationwide to footwear manufacturing companies, auxiliary industries, orthopedic workshops, footwear repair, and key duplication services (art. 1). Its term runs from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2029 (art. 2).

In 3 key points

  1. Retroactive economic effects from 1 January 2026, Art. 2 (art. 2)
  2. Validity until 31 December 2029, Art. 2 (art. 2)
  3. 10-day deadline following the first regular payment to settle arrears, Art. 2 (art. 2)

How it affects those involved

For companies in the sector, the collective agreement establishes retroactive economic effects from 1 January 2026 (Art. 2). Should salary discrepancies arise, the deadline for paying arrears expires 10 days after the first regular payment date following publication (Art. 2). Workers affected by new incentive systems are subject to a thirteen-week trial period, during which the company must guarantee the average incentives of the previous 90 days (Art. 3.2 and 3.4).
