This regulation establishes the framework of rights and duties for students and regulates the operation of the State University Student Council, the costs of which will be borne by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities (additional provision 1a).

In 2 key points

  2. Students at defence and Civil Guard centres are governed by the legal regime of the Armed Forces (additional provision 2a). (disp. adicional 2a)

How it affects those involved

For students, a regulatory framework of rights and duties is consolidated, seeking to adapt to the reality of mobility and virtual teaching (preamble).
