Holders of Blue Card-UE: 30,000 EUR monthly as salary threshold for residence authorization

The Order PJC/44/2026 sets a monthly salary threshold of 30,000 EUR for residence authorization for highly qualified professionals holding a Blue Card-UE, in accordance with article 71.bis.1.c) of Law 14/2013. This threshold replaces the previous one and applies to all cases of residence applications under this card.
