This resolution corrects errors in the Resolution of 23 June 2026 by inserting Annexes I and II, which form an integral part of the Agreement of the Territorial Council for Social Services and the System for Autonomy and Care for Dependency (ref. BOE index). These annexes contain the global map of services and benefits within Spain's public social service systems and the list of the minimum common set of services and benefits (Annex I and Annex II).
The resolution ensures access to the full content of the Agreement, which defines the minimum common set of social services and their basic conditions. For administrations and sector entities, this provides the technical basis and functional mechanism for monitoring, updating, and reviewing the public social services network within the framework of system modernisation.
