The Bilateral Commission for Administrative Cooperation between the State and Generalitat has agreed to initiate negotiations to resolve the identified legal discrepancies in the Generalitat's Law 3/2026 (art. 1). The agreement provides for the establishment of a working group to propose technical solutions to the identified normative conflicts (art. 2). This process is communicated to the Constitutional Court in accordance with Organic Law 2/1979 (art. 3).
