State and Generalitat begin negotiations to resolve legal discrepancies in Law 3/2026

The Bilateral Commission for Administrative Cooperation between the State and Generalitat has agreed to initiate negotiations to resolve the identified legal discrepancies in the Generalitat's Law 3/2026 (art. 1).
