Public sector staff in Aragón: 3 months to apply retribution validation agreements

The Decree-Law 8/2025 publishes a retribution validation agreement for the public sector in Aragon, based on Article 42 of the President's and Government Law and Article 44 of the Public Function Statute. This agreement is published via a resolution dated 23 December 2025 and must be implemented within three months from its publication in the BOA. The change allows retribution validation without new negotiations, reducing administrative costs and improving salary stability in the public sector.
