The newly included pathologies are: transthyretin amyloidosis variant, myotonic dystrophy type 1 (Steinert), Huntington's disease, spina bifida, Parkinson's disease, corticobasal degeneration, multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy, systemic sclerosis, and stage G5 chronic kidney disease.
Enhances social protection for workers with life-shortening conditions. No direct impact on business costs or management, except possible administration of early retirements or leave.
