Institute for the Elderly and Social Services to manage selection process for permanent staff (groups M3, M2, E2 and E1)

The Undersecretariat for Social Rights, Consumption and the 2030 Agenda has entered into a management delegation agreement with the Institute for the Elderly and Social Services to carry out the material and technical activities of the selection process for permanent staff (Art. 11 Law 40/2015). This management applies to the open competition and internal promotion call for professional groups M3, M2, E2 and E1 of the IV Single Collective Agreement of the General State Administration. The process is part of the public employment offer for the years 2023 and 2024.

In 2 key points

  1. Material management of selection tests for groups M3, M2, E2 and E1 of the IV Single Collective Agreement (ANEXO)
  2. In execution of the public employment offer for the years 2023 and 2024 (ANEXO)

How it affects those involved

For candidates applying for permanent staff positions in groups M3, M2, E2 and E1, this resolution formalises that the Institute for the Elderly and Social Services will be responsible for the material management of the selection tests. This does not alter the terms of the call, but rather defines the entity responsible for the technical execution of the process arising from the 2023-2024 public employment offer.
