Summary
The Real Decreto 537/2026 modifies Annex XI of RD 938/2025 to require shared ownership agricultural holdings to submit subsidy applications via the integrated management and control system. A transitional provision 4 is added to RD 1048/2022 and Articles 2, 6, 8, 11 of RD 938/2025, as well as Articles 4 and 9 of RD 819/2021 are amended. The submission period is 30 days from publication (Annex XI, art. 2).
