Gambling operators must implement joint deposit limits per player within 3 months

This Royal Decree introduces a system of joint deposit limits per player that operators must implement. It modifies several articles of Royal Decree 1614/2011 and 176/2023, including Article 9.2, to establish controls on the total amount a player can deposit jointly with others. Limits must be communicated to users and apply from 25 March 2027 (art. 1.7).
