The Resolution of 15 June 2026 repeals the previous one of 16 July 2024 and establishes new rules for granting aid for training, information, and dissemination activities within the scope of the CNMC. Interested entities must submit their aid applications within 30 days of the text's publication in the BOE (Art. 3). This change allows for an update to the conditions for accessing aid, redefining eligibility criteria and required documentation.
For entities conducting training or dissemination activities regarding markets and competition, a new opportunity to access aid is available, subject to a clear submission deadline. Administrations and programme managers must update their evaluation processes. Training consultants should review the new eligibility criteria and documentation to advise their clients. Companies that fail to submit their applications within the established timeframe will lose the opportunity to access this aid.
