Catalan administrations to manage coastal works from 23 June 2026

This Royal Decree expands the patrimony transferred to the Catalan Government under Royal Decrees 1387/2008 and 1404/2007, including coastal planning works. Transfer effectiveness begins 23 June 2026, as provided in Article 149.3 of the Statute and Royal Decree 1666/1980. From that date, management of these assets passes to the Catalan Government.
