This Royal Decree repeals the Statute of the Management of Cultural Infrastructure and Equipment (RD 1379/1999) and amends articles 7.3 and 5 of RD 274/2024, in accordance with article 1.6.c) of RD 323/2024. The regulation applies as per the single transitional provision established.
