Summary

The TDF/563/2026 order amends the regulatory bases of subsidy programmes relating to data, technology and research, specifically the preamble and Articles 1, 3, 4, and Annexes I and XI of Order TDF/1461/2023. Firms must update their databases within 30 days of publication, otherwise they will lose eligibility for subsidies (Article 1).
