The resolution of 11 May 2026 updates Eltec It Services' IV Collective Agreement by incorporating previously approved Annexes VII and VIII. This follows Articles 90.2 and 3 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015 and Royal Decree 713/2010, requiring the company to integrate these annexes into its labour regime. The three-month period for implementation is understood to fall within the collective agreement update process.
Eltec It Services, SL must incorporate Annexes VII and VIII into its collective agreement within 30 days of publication in the BOE. Affected workers receive updates on specific labour standards defined in the annexes. Public administrations are unaffected as the adjustment applies solely to the contracting company.
