Current position

The location of operations depends on the nature of the service and the status of the recipient. Services related to real estate are located where the property is situated. Services provided to entrepreneurs or professionals are located at the recipient's address, whereas services provided to private individuals are governed by the provider's residence or the location of the service.

The DGT's position remains stable across the analyzed rulings. No change in criterion is observed, but rather the application of specific rules for different types of services: transport, legal services, consultancy, real estate, and electronic services.
