Processing wages are attributed to the year the judgment becomes final and may qualify for the 30% reduction

A query was made regarding the tax treatment and withholdings of processing wages following the declaration of a dismissal as null and void. The DGT establishes that these constitute income from employment, are attributed to the tax year in which the judgment becomes final, and may benefit from the reduction for irregular income.

The question raised

Retenciones.

The DGT's ruling
