Summary
The Resolution of 2 March 2026 publishes the ninth intersocietal collective agreement between Roca Corporación Empresarial, SA and Roca Sanitario, SAU. It comes into force from 1 January 2025 under Article 90.2 and 3 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015 and remains valid until 31 December 2027, subject to extension. The text is published as part of the update of collective agreements in the ceramics, sanitary products and sanitation sector.
