The Resolution of 2 March 2026 publishes the IX Intersocietal Collective Agreement between Roca Corporación Empresarial, SA and Roca Sanitario, SAU. This agreement enters into force on 1 January 2025, in accordance with Articles 90.2 and 3 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, and remains in effect until 31 December 2027, subject to extension. The text is published as part of the update of collective agreements within the ceramics, sanitary materials, and sanitation sector.
