The state collective agreement for the maintenance and conservation of aquatic facilities has been published and will regulate the sector from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2027, in accordance with Articles 90.2 and 3 of RDL 2/2015. This period is subject to extension. Companies in the sector must apply the wage and working conditions set out in the agreement, which includes corrected salary scales published in the resolution of 11 May 2026.
Companies in the aquatic facilities sector must adjust their contracts and working conditions starting from 1 January 2025. Workers will receive increased wage and employment protection under the agreement. Labour advisors must ensure compliance with the agreement and the updated salary scales. Public administrations must ensure the publication and accessibility of the agreement.
