Firefighting companies: 100% of staff on standby during the 11 November 2026 strike

Order TED/1181/2026 establishes the mandatory minimum services required to ensure the operational capacity of state resources supporting autonomous communities in forest fire suppression during the general strike on 11 November 2026. The measure specifically affects aerial resource contracts and assignments from TRAGSA and TRAGSATEC to ensure airworthiness and fire management (Art. 2 and 3).

In 3 key points

  1. Guarantee of 100% of standby staff and CCINIF control room operators, Art. 3 (art. 3)
  2. Guarantee of 75% of system monitoring and tasks under the Hermes assignment, Art. 4 (art. 4)
  3. Entry into force on the same day of its publication in the BOE, Art. 6 (art. 6)

How it affects those involved

Contractors for aerial resources and coordination services (such as Avincis, Pegasus, Rotorsun, among others) and the entities TRAGSA and TRAGSATEC must maintain full or partial service operations (Art. 3, 4 and 5). For sector workers, the 24-hour strike will not suspend the provision of critical services, as 100% of on-call and standby staff at the CCINIF must be guaranteed (Art. 3 and 5).
