The Presidency of the Tobacco Market Commissioner has published the new retail prices (RRP) for 250g Tangiers pipe tobacco (models Tangiers 70 and Tangiers 72), setting them at EUR 37.00 per unit (Art. 1). This update is carried out in accordance with Law 13/1998 on the Regulation of the Tobacco Market and Tax Regulations (Art. 4).
For tobacco and stamp retailers in Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, the resolution requires the immediate application of the new price of EUR 37.00 for 250g Tangiers pipe tobacco units (Art. 1). Manufacturers and importers proposed these prices, which are now formally published.
