An agreement has been published between the Ministry of Industry and Tourism and Asesunion to establish Entrepreneur Support Points (PAE) integrated into the CIRCE Network. The agreement aims to centralise advisory, training, and financing support services through a network of physical and virtual points.
For entrepreneurs and SMEs, this measure provides greater accessibility for administrative procedures, requesting information, and receiving technical advice on tax, labour, and financing matters (fourth clause). Asesunion professionals operating as PAE must meet strict qualification and technical knowledge requirements and are subject to competency tests conducted by the DGEIPYME (sixth clause).
