Electronic registration and deposit of collective agreements, equality plans and statutes in Balearic enterprises and organisations

The agreement between the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy and the Balearic Islands Autonomous Community establishes the electronic operation of various administrative applications, enabling telematic registration and deposit of collective agreements, work agreements and equality plans, as well as the deposit of trade union and business statutes and the registration of temporary work companies (Annex).

In 3 key points

  1. Electronic enabling of collective agreements, work agreements and equality plans (Annex, point 1). (Anexo, punto 1)
  2. Electronic deposit of statutes of trade unions and business organisations (Annex, point 1). (Anexo, punto 1)
  3. Electronic management of temporary work company registration (Annex, point 1). (Anexo, punto 1)

How it affects those involved

For enterprises, trade unions and business organisations operating in the Balearic Islands, mandatory administrative procedures are now easier to manage through electronic channels, eliminating the need for physical visits (Annex, point 1). Temporary work companies can now register electronically. This measure ensures citizens' right to interact electronically with public administrations (Annex, point 1).
