Companies and unions in La Rioja: electronic processing of collective agreements, statutes and ETT registrations

A agreement is formalised between the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy and the Autonomous Community of La Rioja to enable the electronic management of three key procedures: the registration of collective agreements and collective agreements, the submission of statutes of trade unions and business organisations, and the registration of temporary work companies. This measure allows all procedures to be carried out entirely electronically, ensuring the right to electronic interaction with public administration.

In 3 key points

  1. Electronic processing of collective agreements and collective agreements registration (Exponiendo 1)
  2. Electronic submission of statutes of trade unions and business organisations (Exponiendo 1)
  3. Telematic registration of temporary work companies (Exponiendo 1)

How it affects those involved

For companies, trade unions and business organisations active in La Rioja, legal document management via digital channels is simplified, eliminating the need for physical visits. Temporary work companies (ETT) can now register electronically. Public administrations optimise information management, enabling for the first time access to complete and centralised data on agreements and organisations.
