Food distribution companies: application of the new Framework Agreement until 31 December 2028

The Framework Agreement for the food commercial distribution sector, signed by ASEDAS, CEC, CC.OO., UGT and FETICO, has been recorded and published (Art. 1). The agreement regulates working conditions in supermarket companies, self-service stores and wholesalers with a predominance of food products (Art. 2.1). Its initial term extends until 31 December 2028 (Art. 5).
