Order EFD/790/2026 establishes the creation of the Registers for the State Network of Applied Technology Classrooms (ATECA) and Entrepreneurship Classrooms. These classrooms have been funded through the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (Next Generation EU) to modernise Vocational Training. The objective is to consolidate a collaborative network between centres, facilitate the exchange of technological resources, and promote entrepreneurship through technical support and infrastructure.
For Vocational Training centres, the regulation formalises the existence of 1,439 Applied Technology Classrooms and 1,708 Entrepreneurship Classrooms already established, allowing their integration into a state-wide collaborative network. This facilitates access to emerging technologies (simulators, virtual reality) and guidance services for students. Administrations and centres gain a tool for the visibility and management of resources funded by the European Union.
