Entrepreneurs and SMEs: New Entrepreneur Support Points (PAE) enabled through the CIRCE Network

An agreement has been published between the Ministry of Industry and Tourism and the Association of Excellent Tax and Labour Advisors (ASOCIAE) to integrate new Entrepreneur Support Points (PAE) into the CIRCE Network. These points serve as information and electronic processing offices to facilitate business creation, the commencement of activity, and business development (Art. 13 Law 14/2013). The agreement aims to strengthen the support network through collaboration with professional advisory entities.

In 3 key points

  1. PAEs facilitate business creation, commencement of activity, and development through information and processing services (Art. 13 Law 14/2013). (art. 13 Ley 14/2013)
  2. Possibility of processing the cessation of activity for sole traders and the dissolution of companies (Art. 22 Law 14/2013). (art. 22 Ley 14/2013)
  3. Management of development procedures, authorisations, and communications (Art. 17 Law 14/2013). (art. 17 Ley 14/2013)

How it affects those involved

For entrepreneurs and SMEs, this measure expands the network of physical and virtual points where they can receive advice, training, and financing support (Art. 13 Law 14/2013). Sole traders and commercial companies may use these points to process the cessation of activity and dissolution (Art. 22 Law 14/2013), as well as to apply for authorisations and submit necessary communications for their development (Art. 17 Law 14/2013).
