Summary
The Resolution of 5 June 2026 registers and publishes Heineken Spain's new collective agreement, effective from 1 January 2025 and valid until 31 December 2028, renewable. It is governed by the consolidated text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015 of 23 October and relates to the previous agreement published on 18 November 2021 (Articles 90.2 and 90.3 of RDL 2/2015).
