The III Collective Agreement for Game Stores Iberia, SLU has been registered and published, taking effect from 1 January 2026, in accordance with Articles 90.2 and 3 of RDL 2/2015. This agreement regulates working conditions in commercial leisure establishments and software programmes, and remains in force until 31 December 2028, subject to extension.
Game Stores Iberia, SLU companies must apply the new working conditions from 1 January 2026. Employees will be subject to the new working hours, salary, and benefits established in the agreement. Labour advisors must update their reports and guidance to reflect the new regulations. Authorities must verify the publication of the agreement in the National Registry of Collective Agreements.
