Miguel Angel Sanz Rubio

Miguel Angel has ten years of experience in labour administration and payroll management, the last six at BMC, where he joined in 2020. He manages payroll processing for over 25 client companies representing more than 600 employees in total, with the full range of contract types, professional categories, and special social security regimes that entails.

He is a specialist in SILTRA and the Sistema RED platform (AFI, FRA, and CFA transactions), tools he uses daily to process registrations, terminations, and variations with the Spanish Social Security Treasury. He also handles SEPE communications related to unemployment benefit and employer certificates.

A particular strength is the interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreements, an area where errors can have significant financial consequences for companies. He analyses salary revisions, agreement-specific supplements, and non-application clauses when circumstances require. He has managed temporary workforce reduction procedures (ERTEs) and processed social security bonuses linked to hard-to-employ groups.

Before joining BMC, he worked in the payroll department of a staffing agency, where he gained experience handling the variability inherent in large-scale temporary contracting.
