The applicable agreement depends on the agreed functional scope and on the company's actual activity, and a company's own agreement displaces all of these. Ordered by territorial proximity: sub-provincial, provincial, regional and national. The closest one is usually the applicable agreement, and the national one sets the floor for the sector.
