Boutique tax & legal advisory

The partner who advises you is the one who signs. And the one who represents you.

What we don't do

We don't chase volume. We don't assign your case to an associate. We don't work on contingency fees: professional independence or nothing.

We take on a limited number of new clients each quarter. If we can't add real value, we'll tell you in the first conversation.

Speak with the partner

One way. You choose where to start.

Start wherever feels easiest: by message, by phone, or by booking a slot. In all three, the area partner replies directly. No escalation, no commitment. Indicative fees before any meeting.

We'll connect you with the right specialist automatically.

2How would you like to start?

Four details and we take it from there. The area partner replies by email. Confidential under professional secrecy.

The first meeting is free. Phone, company and other details come in that call.

How we work

No surprises. No handoffs. No pressure.

What happens from the moment you hit "book" to having an actionable answer.

  1. 1

    Instant confirmation

Email with calendar invite, location, Google Meet link, and a one-click reschedule option.

  2. 2

A senior partner reviews your case

If you provided context, they arrive having read it, with specific questions ready.

  3. 3

    First meeting

No script. The area specialist tells you what they would do, what they would avoid, and what they would prioritise.

  4. 4

    You decide

If we move forward, a written proposal with the fee and the first-year total before we start. If not, you leave with a clear perspective. No pressure.

Who handles your case

Not the firm. A person.

When you book, the responsible area partner takes on your case directly. The same person who signs the opinion is the one who picks up the phone. No associate assignment, no intermediate team.

Why clients choose us

Not Big 4. Not a high-street accountant.

Senior boutique: the independence and rigour of a large firm, without the machinery, without the handoffs, and without the structural overhead of paying for junior pyramids.

Large firm

Big 4 / national network

  • Partner in the pitch · associate on the work
  • Hourly rates with internal escalation
  • Extensive processes · high time-to-value
  • Frequent multi-client conflicts of interest

Senior boutique

The partner who signs is the one who does the work

  • The area partner is your single point of contact
  • Written proposal with the fee before we start
  • Explicit conflict screening before accepting

Volume

General accountant / tax agent

  • Limited specialisation · process-driven
  • High volume · senior capacity spread thin
  • No capacity to defend at TEAC / High Court level
  • Low fees · limited scope

Confidentiality · conflicts · fees

Before we speak, what you should know.

Three questions every boutique client asks, and that almost no firm answers in writing on their website.

What happens to the information I share?

Covered by professional confidentiality from the first email, before signing any engagement, before we accept the case. We do not retain sensitive data if we do not take on the matter. ICAM Art. 32 · REAF code of ethics.

How do you handle conflicts of interest?

Systematic conflict-of-interest screening before accepting any case. If we detect a conflict, we return your enquiry without retaining any information. Team segregation between offices for sensitive mandates.

How are your fees structured?

The first meeting is free. Before we start, we send a written proposal with the fee + VAT and the first-year total. Monthly retainers (self-employed or company) run for a minimum of 12 months; one-off engagements are paid once. Starting prices at /en/fees/.

A question that isn't here? : professional confidentiality from the first email.
