The Resolution of 20 April 2026 publishes the new salary scales for teachers in state-subsidised (2024 and 2025) and non-subsidised (2025) schools, as well as for administrative and service staff, in accordance with the VII Collective Agreement for private teaching companies supported by public funds. These scales apply to centres covered by said agreement and must be updated in the salary register within three months of publication, as established by Articles 90.2 and 3 of RDL 2/2015 and Royal Decree 713/2010.
Private teaching centres supported by public funds must update their salary scales for teaching and administrative staff within three months. Teaching and service staff will receive salary adjustments according to the new scales. Educational authorities and HR advisors must verify the application of the new scales and ensure compliance within salary registers.
