Security companies to apply new state collective agreement from 1 January 2026

The 2026-2030 State Collective Agreement for security companies is published and comes into force on 1 January 2026, replacing the previous agreement. It regulates working conditions in the sector until 31 December 2030 and is renewable. Its entry into force is based on articles 90.2 and 3 of RDL 2/2015 and Royal Decree 713/2010.
