The Resolution of 26 March 2026 publishes the agreement to adapt the wage scales to the 2026 Minimum Interprofessional Wage (SMI) under the VII Collective Agreement of Síntax Logística, SA, in accordance with Articles 90.2 and 3 of RDL 2/2015 and Royal Decree 713/2010. This change requires companies covered by this agreement to adjust their wage scales to the new 2026 SMI reference base within three months of the agreement's publication in the BOE.
Freight transport companies covered by the VII Collective Agreement of Síntax Logística, SA, must update their wage scales within three months. Affected employees will see their salary conditions modified following the entry into force of the new SMI. Labour advisors must verify compliance with the adjustment and ensure that the new scales are correctly applied to current contracts.
