The Resolution of 26 March 2026 publishes the agreement approving the 2026 wage scales for the 1st Collective Agreement of Triangle Outsourcing, SL, in accordance with Articles 90.2 and 3 of RDL 2/2015. This agreement establishes the new wage scales to be applied by service companies covered by the agreement. Companies must adapt their wages to these scales within three months of the agreement's publication, as established in Royal Decree 713/2010 and RDL 2/2015.
Service companies covered by the Triangle Outsourcing, SL agreement are obliged to adjust wages to the newly approved scales. Workers may see wage increases based on the new tables. Labour advisors must ensure that companies comply with the adaptation deadline. Public administrations face no direct changes but must ensure the agreement is applied.
