The Resolution of 23 March 2026 publishes the provisional 2026 wage scales for the Collective Agreement for poultry farms and other animals, in accordance with Articles 90.2 and 3 of RDL 2/2015. These scales must be adopted by the affected companies within three months of publication, as established by Royal Decree 713/2010 and the Resolution of 6 February 2026.
Poultry and other animal farming companies must update their wage scales to comply with the collective agreement. Workers may see changes to their salaries once the new scales come into force. Labour advisors must verify compliance with the new wage conditions and ensure that companies adopt the scales within the established timeframe.
