Summary
The VII Collective Agreement of General Óptica, SA, comes into force from 1 January 2025 under articles 90.2 and 90.3 of RDL 2/2015. It sets specific working conditions for optical and optometry retail establishments, valid until 31 December 2028 with possible extension. Errors in the previously published agreement, corrected by resolution of 20 January 2023, are now fixed by resolution of 27 April 2026.
