Royal Decree 294/2026 grants a pardon to María Cristina Bermejo Tierno, convicted of coercion and offences against the administration of justice, on grounds of justice and equity, provided she does not commit further intentional offences. The pardon was granted following deliberation by the Council of Ministers on 31 March 2026 (Art. 1).
