Jara Casanova Castro granted pardon with four-year condition of no intentional crime

Royal Decree 293/2026 grants pardon to Doña Jara Casanova Castro for coercion and contempt of justice, subject to a four-year condition of not committing an intentional offence. The pardon follows a review of circumstances and approval by the Council of Ministers (art. 1). The condition must be met to retain the pardon.
