Royal Decree 292/2026 grants a pardon to Ms Olga Pérez Ruiz, who was convicted of coercion and offences against the administration of justice, on the condition that she does not commit any intentional offence for four years from the date of publication (Art. 2). This pardon is based on grounds of justice and equity, as established in the case file (Art. 1). This benefit applies solely to this specific individual and has no general scope.
For Ms Olga Pérez Ruiz, the execution of custodial sentences is suspended subject to a non-recidivism condition. Criminal authorities must record this condition in the sentence enforcement system. Criminal legal advisors or defence counsel must provide information regarding the non-recidivism condition imposed by the pardon. It does not affect other individuals or economic sectors.
