Beatriz García Pérez granted pardon for coercion and contempt of justice with four-year non-dolous offence condition

Royal Decree 291/2026 grants pardon to Beatriz García Pérez, convicted of coercion and contempt of justice, on condition she commits no dolous offence for four years. The decision follows a review of circumstances and was approved by the Council of Ministers on 31 March 2026 (art. 1). This pardon does not affect other prisoners or alter the general penal system.
