Summary

The Resolution of March 23, 2026, announces the appointment of a councilor in Fuente Palmera (Córdoba) due to vacancy, in accordance with article 182.2 of the LOREG and Instruction 1/2025. Representatives of candidacies have two days to challenge irregularities after publication in the BOE. This mechanism allows replacement of local representative positions in cases of vacancy with no remaining candidates (art. 182.2 LOREG, Instruction 1/2025, no. 2, paragraph 2).
