Jose Rodriguez Cortes granted pardon with distancing and communication conditions

Royal Decree 250/2026 grants pardon to Jose Rodriguez Cortes for injury and threat offences, imposing conditions of staying at least 500 metres away from affected persons and no communication for four and three years respectively. The decision follows a review of circumstances and approval by the Council of Ministers (art. 1).
