Royal Decree 249/2026 grants a pardon to Jesús David González Sariego, convicted of an offence against public health. The custodial sentence is suspended on the condition that he does not commit any intentional offence for three years from the publication of the decree. The measure is based on circumstances of justice and equity and was approved following deliberation by the Council of Ministers (Art. 1). The pardon does not involve a reduction of the sentence, but rather its conditional suspension.
