Daniela Castaño granted pardon with three-year no-dolus condition

Royal Decree 246/2026 grants pardon to Daniela Castaño, convicted of fraud, on condition she commits no intentional crime for three years from publication. Decision follows assessment of circumstances and approval by the Council of Ministers (art. 1). This pardon does not affect other prisoners or ongoing cases.
