The State Collective Agreement for the dairy and derivatives industry, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, has been published in the BOE. The wage scales established in the Agreement are applicable from 1 January 2025. These scales were published via Resolution on 10 April 2026 and remain in force until 31 December 2028, subject to extension. The text concerns the publication of the wage scales in relation to the Agreement published on 7 June 2022.
Dairy sector companies must apply the new wage scales from 1 January 2025, directly affecting employee salaries. Workers will receive salary adjustments in accordance with the new scales. Authorities and advisors must verify the update of salary conditions within the Collective Agreement. Companies failing to comply may face risks of contractual breach.
